Up to750 jobs will be lost if the proposed cuts go ahead. TFL bosses say that stations will be manned but the staff you see in those little offices will go. They claim the cuts will help raise money for the tube when it becomes 24 hours in 2015 and also for repairing tracks etc. I've got an idea... stop wasting money on buffing tracksides red. Spend that money on putting sound systems in every carriage ready for the 24 hour weekends. You can choose what carriage you want to go in and rave all weekend across London.
